Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Confirmation Executive to verify Shopify orders before dispatch. Your main responsibility will be to contact customers, confirm their order, address, and delivery details, and help reduce return and RTO (Return to Origin) rates by ensuring accurate order verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm Shopify orders.
• Verify address, contact number, and order details.
• Resolve customer queries before shipment.
• Update order status accurately.
• Help minimize returns and failed deliveries.

Requirements:

• Excellent Urdu communication skills.
• Previous call center or customer support experience is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to update order records.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
